Hein Online archives a variety of law review articles and primary legal materials. They host many helpful tools as well:

Printing - Hein gives you two options for printing documents- Their plugin software named, "HPrint" or viewing and printing the document as a .pdf file through Adobe Acrobat. Pick the .pdf file option if you are using a computer in the MLIC, but note that it allows a maximum of 30 pages to be printed at one time. Feel free to install the plugin if using a personal PC.
Viewing Documents - it's always faster to use the "Text Only" option when viewing documents, rather than the PDF version of the document.
