Assignment: The Canby book is the nutshell which will introduce major concepts for those without an Indian law background and act as a refresher for those who have same. I would like for you to read it through by the second class. We will spend the first two days covering some of the basic principles of Indian law, and then move toward topic development. The Fajan's book is your writing manual. Please read the first chapter for the first class, and the second chapter for the second class. Read More... |
