Family Law - Prof. M. Blair
Monday and Wednesday, 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. (Room 202)

The casebook is Family Law by Ellman, Kurtz et al, 5th edition (2010). We have used it for several years, so used copies should be available from former students, online, and in the bookstore. The book is also available in a looseleaf version for a significantly reduced prices. I will put a copy of Chapter Two on my TWEN page, along with the handouts for the first day, so that everyone has the chance to read it even if you have not yet had the opportunity to purchase your book.

I will advise you in class when the Statutory Supplement for the course will be available in the Faculty Support Center. It should be some time next week. It is 3 hole punched and ready to be inserted in any binder you choose.
