Please register immediately for my TWEN page on Westlaw for Civil Pro II, Spring 2012. Handouts necessary to prepare for the first day of class should be posted by some time on Friday.

Because all of you were in my Civ Pro I class last semester, you do not need to purchase any new books. We will be using the same statutes and rules supplement that you purchased last semester, so you do not need to purchase a new one.
