Handouts necessary to prepare for the first day of class should be posted by some time on Friday. Those of you in the class last semester need not purchase any new books. We will be using the same statutes and rules supplement that you purchased last semester, so you do not need to purchase a new one. A replacement section for the new federal statutes is located on the TWEN page. For the two of you who were not in my Civil Procedure I class last semester, the casebook we are using is Yeazell, Civil Procedure (7th edition). Used copies should be readily available. Also, you can download and print a copy of the entire statutory supplement on the TWEN page for the course. It is 325 pages. Also, for those of you new to the class, if you don’t already have a clicker, you need to purchase one and bring it to class. Read More... ( 1474 bytes in body) |
