On October 5, 2007 participants in Tulsa came together to discuss climate change issues in the Price-Turpen Courtroom in John Rogers Hall at The University of Tulsa College of Law.

Global Warming Polar Bear

The three hour event started with opening remarks by the Honorable Kathy Taylor, Mayor of Tulsa featured three presentations: Gary McManus, Assistant State Climatologist, Oklahoma Climatological Survey; Betin Santos, Regional Director, ICLEI South Central Region, and Professor Irma Russell, Director of NELPI and Professor of Law, The University of Tulsa College of Law.
