Brandon L. Garret is emerging as one of the country's foremost experts on the use of DNA evidence to overturn false convictions. His work has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court and will be considered in upcoming hearings before the U.S. Congress.  He will bring his knowledge and experience to discuss the legal ramifications DNA evidence used to protect the civil rights of the accused for the ninth annual lecture.
