Barbara A. Egolf

Vice President and Senior Counsel

Marriott International, Inc. in Orlando, Florida


Ms. Egolf is a 1996 graduate from The University of Tulsa College of Law. She began her legal career as an associate with the Orlando office of Baker & Hostetler in 1996. Her practice focused on health care, hospitality, business and real estate matters. In 2003, Ms. Egolf joined Marriott International, Inc. as Corporate Counsel, and as of January 2006, was appointed Vice President and Senior Counsel. In this capacity, Ms. Egolf is responsible for a variety of matters as counsel to the Resort Services, Owner Services, New Owner Administration, Resales, Capital Markets and Mortgage Bank business groups of a wholly-owned subsidiary of Marriott International, Inc.
