Here you will find a list of all the pathfinders/research guides that are available at the MLIC. A researcher may want to begin with the general Native American Legal Research Guide and then depending on his/her research needs move on to Native American Legal Web Sites or Indian Gaming Law.
Here's a link to a handout that was initially made available at the 2006 AALL Annual Meeting in St. Louis: Sources of BIA Information no longer available on the BIA web site (along with other US Gov Doc Sites that pertain to Native Americans). Also here is a link to the Testimony of Elouise C. Cobell, Lead Plaintiff in Cobell v. Norton (now Kempthorne), Committee on Indian Affairs United States Senate, July 26, 2005.
