To use the Product in any format (web run lessons, downloaded lessons, CALI CD), you must be (a) a student enrolled at a CALI Member School, (b) a faculty member or staff member employed by a CALI Member School, or (c) otherwise have received express written permission from CALI (written permission is valid for the current semester only and must be renewed for a subsequent term).

Description:

The law school is a member of the CALI Consortium , which is a group that promotes computer assisted legal instruction. This gives us access to a complete library of exercises authored by CALI instructors. You will need to get the TU registration code from the MLIC Reference Desk at 631-2460 to register at the CALI website and perform the exercises online. If you need the password after hours, please search the TUlaw-students email list archives, subject line "CALI".

Access (more detailed):

The CALI lessons range from very new to ten years old, and are in a variety of formats. Most can worked through entirely on the web without any extra steps. Some must be downloaded to your computer and installed. The MLIC lab pc's have an icon that leads to the most recent CALI CD-ROM, and exercises can be worked through from the icon without any installing necessary. If working the exercises at home, find the exercise at the CALI site, and follow the directions.

If you need to print your scores please see your professor for details.

Note - there are two books that use CALI as supplemental materials. Or vice versa.
