Richard Todd 631-5608Technical Services Librarian (631-5608) MLIC 1104Richard Todd is the Technical Services Librarian for the Mabee Legal Information Center at the University of Tulsa College of Law. He received a B.A. (Library Media) in 1988 from the Northeastern State University and a Master's in Library Science from the University of North Texas in 1991. Richard has been actively involved in the Special Library Association's Division of Petroleum and Energy Resources where he has served as Division Secretary and on the Nominating Committee. He has also served for years on the Guidance Council for Petroleum Abstracts. |
