Fall 2008 - Land Use Controls - Tuesday and Thursday

We will cover approximately 4-6 cases per class session from the Gitelman, Nolon, Salkin, and Wright books Land Use: Cases and Materials (6th ed.).

We will begin with the relevant Constitutional principles, covering pages 905-1005, and 1101-1192, + 1233-1261 first of all. Again, we will only proceed at about 4-6 cases per class sessioin, so don't read too far ahead.

After page 1261, we will cover the pages in the following order: 230-522, 538-564, 576-622, 629-643, 736-752, 758-767, 774-777, 809-875, 1076-1101.
