Martin A. Frey
Professor of Law, Emeritus

Professor Frey teaches in the areas of contracts, commercial law, and alternative methods of dispute resolution. A member of the Oklahoma and Missouri bar associations, he is a senior adjunct settlement judge for the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. He was the reporter for the district court's Civil Justice Reform Advisory Group. He is coauthor of Introduction to Contracts, An Introduction to Bankruptcy Law, Essentials of Contract Law, and The Little Black Book: A Do-It Yourself Guide for Law Student Competitions. He is the author of An Introduction to Alternative Methods of Dispute Resolution. Professor Frey earned a B.S.M.E. from Northwestern University, a J.D. from Washington University (St. Louis) School of Law, and an LL.M. from George Washington University.
