Tuition Payment Policy
As a University of Tulsa student, it is your responsibility to ensure that all educational Dublin expenses are paid during the semester or summer session in which they are incurred. If financial aid does not cover all of our expenses, you may either pay the balance in full or participate in the University of Tulsa's Monthly Payment Plan. Please contact the University of Tulsa Business Office (918-631-2600) or web site http://www.utulsa.edu/controller to obtain information regarding the monthly payment plan. A nominal fee will be assessed to establish a monthly payment plan.

Payment of current semester charges or payment arrangements must be made by 5:00 pm on the first day of classes. Payment arrangement s may include monthly payment plan, pending financial aid, or a combination of options. Payments not made when due will be subject to a finance charge of one to one-half percent per month.

If the account remains unpaid, the University reserves the right to suspend or withdraw you from classes; withhold grades, transcripts, and diplomas; deny you future enrollment; and require you to move from student housing. The University accepts charges on valid VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

Transfer credit and grading policy
Acceptance of transfer credit is subject to determination by the student's home school. Students should check carefully with their home schools for rules regarding the transfer of credit. Satisfaction of law school residency requirements must be confirmed with the student's home institution.

Students are expected to attend classes on a regular basis and to be well prepared for each class. All classes will be graded on a letter basis, in accordance with the University of Tulsa grading system. This system uses the following grades: A, A-, B+, B, B-,C+,C,C-, D+, D and F. Grading may be done by examinations or papers. Each faculty member will announce his or her grading method on the first day of class.

Students should be aware that it is unlikely that participation in a summer program may be used to result in an acceleration of their graduation date. Students interested in acceleration should consult their home school and the relevant rules of the American Bar Association, including Standard 304, Interpretation 304-4.

Health and Medical Insurance
University of Tulsa students are required to purchase the University of Tulsa's health insurance coverage for study abroad. Non-Tulsa students must purchase the International Student Identification Card. The Tulsa health insurance coverage is comprehensive and includes emergency family reunion, medical evacuation and repatriation. You are required to purchase this insurance even if you have full medical coverage with another provider. You will not be accepted into the program without purchase of this insurance. Cost of this insurance is very affordable at a little over $1 per day. The plan is administered by Cultural Insurance Services International.

Accessibility for Persons With Disabilities
Most cities in South America, including Buenos Aires, are not as accessible as cities in the United States. At the Universidad de Buenos Aires access for persons with disabilities to classrooms, offices and other facilities is limited. In addition, although the rooms are accessible by an elevator, the hotel is not designed for accessibility by physically disabled persons.
