Law-5383 Comparative Law: 3 hours

This course is a general introduction to the nature of law and legal institutions outside the United States. Selected topics may include civil law, socialist law, or indigenous law traditions, the structures and processes of legal systems and rules, and the pleading and proof of foreign law in the United States.
