Course Description

Law-5413 International Business Transactions: 3 hours

The increasingly frequent contact between U.S. and foreign business enterprises combined with the growing economic interdependence of the world community require most practitioners to familiarize themselves with the domestic and international legal principles governing transnational commercial dealings. A study of domestic legal export and import principles and international legal trade principles governing transnational commercial dealings is presented. Meets Transnational course requirement.
