Law Stutent Wins Marcy Lawless Service Award
Keith Bartsch was a co-winner of the annual Marcy Lawless Service Award, only the second time a law student has won the award. However, it was the first time that there were co-winners. The winner(s) exemplify Marcy Lawless by being generous in spirit, creative, pursuing excellence, and commitment to serving others both on campus and in the greater Tulsa community. Keith was won based on his activities in the College of Law: being an Ambassador, past President of CLS and involvement with NALSA. He also won based on his involvement in the greater Tulsa community. He started the John 3:16 Legal Clinic in conjunction with Legal Aid. This legal clinic was Keith's idea and he continues to volunteer at the clinic on a regular basis.
